“Such a beautiful restorative class with Sharon this evening. - A combination of all the elements of true yoga. Blessed to be here. Thank you.”Anonymous
“Sharon's yoga practice is for everyone interested in calming their mind and gaining a greater connection through their breath and through stillness. I love her classes and can really feel the benefits both physically and mentally. Physically, tense muscles magically disappear and mentally, I have so much more clarity and focus. You walk out of each class utterly and completely rejuvenated. Sharon is a truly wonderful teacher and I feel so grateful to have found her classes. And the location is absolutely idyllic. There is a total union of the ocean and the meditation. Thank goodness for Sharon and her restorative yoga practice.”Mili L, Byron Bay
“To whom it may concern, I have been attending Restorative Yoga with Sharon since April this year. I have never done Yoga before so I was very apprehensive about attending the class. It was very important for me to feel comfortable, encouraged and a connection with the instructor. I immediately felt these experiences as Sharon was intuitively engaged with all participants in the yoga session. Sharon delivers a thoughtful, relaxing and inspiring class which is the main reason why I have continued to attend Tuesday's sessions now for 8 months. Restorative yoga is very specialised and the class delivers so much more than yoga. I am finding the class immensely beneficial and would strongly recommend Sharon's restorative yoga class to anyone who is looking for a special class taught by a special instructor to join in.”Lisa, Ballina
“Such a wonderful relaxing class. Takes all the stress out of your body.”Susan, Canberra

“We would love to Thank Sharon & yourself for the Amazing private Hens Yoga session! We were totally blown away. The Bride Amy absolutely loved it! Some of the girls had done yoga before but me myself this was my first time. The girls expressed it was the best yoga they have ever experienced! Pity we are from Melbourne & can't come & have lessons with you every week. The meditation was absolutely fantastic & I'm pretty sure all of us at one point were so relaxed that we fell asleep! We were so very impressed with the session & made us feel so relaxed for our weekend away. I definitely would like to take up Yoga now but as Sharon was explaining, you do more of the traditional styles which we loved!! Pity we don't have that down in the western area ( Melbourne) I'm sure there will be a place I can find along the way that covers more of the traditional way. Thank you so very much from the bottoms of our hearts! If we ever come back to Byron we will definitely book you guys again! Lots of love from Amy's Hens Group!”Amy, Melbourne
