These restful classes are about going deep into yourself and exploring practices that support inner peace.
During the class you will be guided through the practices of Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Chakra Meditation. Attention is drawn to connecting with your heart center and learning to feel a more healing energy through your body.
The pranayama practice involves directing and extending the breath in various ways to promote the flow of energy and bring harmony between body, mind and spirit.
You will also be guided through the practice of Chakra Meditation which involves visualisation of colours in you body to support deep healing and restore balance.
There will also be space in the class for letting go of ‘doing’ and and simply ‘being’. The practices of Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Chakra Meditation all prepare and support you to dwell in pure awareness, and to experience the lightness of being and a sense of deep connection.
The class concludes with the ‘grounding’ practice of sound awareness and the beautiful practice of candle meditation. These class are suitable for everyone.
